in situations where organization requires service
with a time constraint. Service we provide on
short notice is controlled and meets most of our
service characteristics;
including close monitoring and measurement of the
service.
Service on short notice is subject to:

Minimum
of 5 hours of service request

Providing
service requirements

Acceptance
of service terms and conditions, and service
charges in writing
Once
the service commences on short notice, we then as
practicable, pursue our service process. Service
process is pursued to ensure customer requirements
are established and quality service is delivered
which meets, and where possible exceeds, customer
requirements and expectations. |
